Help Iraqis

I know not too many people visit our website, but for those of you who do, I want you to check out a new link that I have put up here. My friend Liz has a brother who has been in Iraq for several years and this is a program he has gotten going there. It's pretty neat. I hope it's okay with you, Liz, that I've posted it.

HALLELUJAH!

Well, this post is for those of you who don't know yet. Scott has gotten a promotion at work. He is the new F & I forms manager. He actually got the offer the day before we left for LA and he is now on his third day working/training in his new position. This is a big relief for us, as he now will only be traveling two to three days a month! YAY! He had been traveling as many as two weeks out of the month and we can totally handle the few days that it will be. Hallelujah!

More LA pics

Well, here are a bunch more pictures. These first few were at the Santa Monica Pier. Annicka loved the rides! Which really surprised us, but we were happy about it.
This was part of the Star Wars exhibit at the science center.
Here is Mommy playing a virtual game at the Science Center.

And we of course had to hit the beach! We stayed for all of 10 minutes, which was long enough to get some pictures...it was about 60 degrees when we got there and the wind was blowing so hard that it felt like it was 40.

What a silly girl!

Trip to LA

We went to the science museum on the USC campus on Thursday. It was totally cool and hands on for the kids. Here Annie is playing a computer game.
We went to the LA zoo on Tuesday and there were tons of kids and this peacock was on the attack.
Today it was raining very hard and so we went to an indoor playground and the kids had a blast.

The first day we were here we were all chatting in the the livingroom and Annicka and Owen had gotten out some things to make sandwhiches...unbeknownst to us. After a few minutes of silence we went to check things out and they were having a good old time.

On Sunday we had one of Scott's old mission friend and his family over to Doug and Emily's for dinner. They had a little Girl six months older than annie and a boy one month older than park. It was so fun.
Here are the kids at the Zoo.

Well, we should have posted sooner than this...but, as you can see, we have just been having too much fun.

HAPPY EASTER!

We had a great Easter and we took lots of pictures, so here they are!

Here is Annicka at her first real Easter Egg hunt. She walked instead of running and so she ended up with a total of five eggs. Yeah!

Park had a good time too!
Here are the kids in their easter outfits that Grandma Copple sent.
Aren't they adorable?

This morning Annicka got her jammas off and Park pooped on his and they were laying on our bed together and I just had to get a picture.

Fun in the Sun

It was only about 60, but that was good enough for us! Today was a beautiful day so we went outside to the neighbors to play in their sandbox. It was full of water and Annie got soaked and, needless to say, incredibly dirty. The funny thing about this first picture is that I had to crop it because one of the neighbor boys had taken off his pants and underwear because they were wet and I unwittingly got him in the picture. I don't think anyone wants their naked boy posted on the internet.
Our next door neighbors have four boys and she is pregnant again. She doesn't know what she'll do if it's a girl!Annicka found a bubble wand and was trying to blow bubbles with a cupful of mud!
Here we are being silly and trying to take a picture of ourselves.

Hi, It's me, Scott....I'm cool. Laters!
